Schedule and pricing

Class schedules are subject to change. Holiday hours, coach availability, and program updates can shift class times. Pricing is subject to change. We'll always confirm pricing with you directly before you enroll — nothing on this site is a binding quote.

Training involves risk — waiver required

Martial arts training involves physical contact and carries a risk of injury. Everyone must sign our liability waiver before participating in any class. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign. Booking a free intro class through this site does not guarantee a spot — we'll confirm your class time with you directly.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site: no scraping our content for resale, no submitting false information through our forms, no attempting to disrupt the site. Our class descriptions, photos, and videos are our property — don't republish them without permission.
