Class Formats

Boxing

With Coaches Cam, Colton, and Nick

Beginner & Family Boxing
A welcoming, technique-focused class perfect for beginners and families training together. Work pads, bags, and partner drills with light conditioning—just a touch less intense than Boxing II, but still a solid workout.

Boxing II / Day Boxing
Prepare to sweat. High-energy bag work, mitts, combos, and optional light body boxing. All fitness levels welcome—just be ready to put in the effort.

Boxing Development
The bridge between pad work and real engagement. With Coaches Colton and Nick, focus on partner drills, ring movement, strategy, and light conditioning—plus “story time” from their fight experience.

Boxing III / Cam’s Crew (Invite Only)
Competition prep with Coach Cam. High-intensity sparring, advanced drills, and serious conditioning. Mondays at 8:00pm—talk to Cam if you think you’re ready.

Muay Thai

Train with Fighter “DEADman” Daelon

Learn the “Art of Eight Limbs”—striking with punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—in a safe, beginner-friendly setting. Build solid technique through pad work, drills, and light partner exercises.
All levels will work striking combinations, clinch control, conditioning, and fight strategy. Whether you’re sharpening skills or preparing for competition, you’ll train hard, move smart, and leave better than you arrived.

Traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)

Beginner BJJ – Gi with Brian and Mason

Start your BJJ journey in the traditional uniform (gi). Learn foundational positions, escapes, sweeps, and submissions in a supportive, structured environment—plus rolling practice. Perfect for first-timers and white belts building a strong base.

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

Live & Situational Rounds with Brooks, Zach, Dakota, and Mason

Train without the gi using wrestling ties, no-gi grips, and movement adapted for rash guards and shorts. Develop positional control, takedowns, and submissions for both sport and self-defense.
Apply techniques under pressure with positional sparring, situational drills, leg entanglements, and live rolling to sharpen timing, transitions, and decision-making.
